Student Voice

Student voice acknowledges that students have unique perspectives on learning, teaching, and schooling, and should have the opportunity to actively shape their own education.

“Success is not how high you have climbed, but how you make a positive difference to the world.”
― Roy T. Bennett

Student voice acknowledges that students have  unique perspectives on learning, teaching, and schooling, and should have the opportunity to actively shape their own education.

Student voice at St Bernadette’s is enacted through many formal and informal avenues including School Captains, various leadership positions for Year 6 student leaders and Student Representative Council (SRC). Student representatives actively participate in our school community, contributing to decision making processes and collectively influencing outcomes by putting forward their peers views, concerns and ideas.
